Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Global shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments.

We offer returns within one week of delivery if your product is unopened and unaltered in any way. This includes the outside shrink wrap. We supply you with the label to return it to our warehouse and process a refund once the product has been accepted back in to our stock. If your product is damaged in postage, please email us so we can process a replacement for you instead.

There’s nothing worse than a puzzle with missing pieces. We have a super strict production process to ensure this doesn’t happen, but even seasoned puzzle pros misplace a piece from time to time. 99 times out of 100, you’ll find the missing piece within a day or two – stuck to an arm, face down on the floor in a tough to reach spot, or hidden by a cheeky pet.

If you’ve had a good look and it hasn’t turned up, we can replace the missing piece for you. So that we can identify the correct piece, please send the following information to support@playgroup.design;

1. A photo of the completed puzzle with the missing piece – please ensure to photograph the full puzzle with all edges in frame, so we can determine exactly which piece needs to be replaced.
2. The colour of the backing cardboard.
3. Your shipping address.
